My experience was really good, I very happy with my progress. I had a lot of acne and after several facials my acne has decreased a lot.

This place is amazing. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and really cares about her clients.

Maddisyn was amazing. She is like a surgeon when it comes to giving you what you want. Very knowledgeable as well. Shea super nice and attentive I would highly recommend ro anyone amd everyone please try her you won't be disappointed

Let me start by saying usually I wouldnt write such a review. Noor Asthetics did not honor a complimentary facial I recieved because the girl who gave it to me forgot to put an expiration date on it, BUT waited to tell me AFTER I booked an appointment for botox so I canceled over the phone. They stated it would be refunded within 3-5 days it wasn't, called again they said the same thing, I waited again, NOTHING went in person was told the "drs" had to do it & that they would that day...THEY DIDNT, called again & again & again called 23 times over the course of 1 month because Yasmin, Caylee, & another young lady kept dodging calls or making more excuses. Finally after one month! They stated their "computer systems were down so the drs had to write you a check for your refund."I'm so glad that I didn't get any services done by a place that lacks professionalism & common courtesies. I will say the girls at the front who I spoke to were nice over the phone & never rude, & I as well was upset but was never outwardly disrespectful, but the lack of accountability at a newly established location by these "drs" is insane.*update*8/19 I got a VERY apologetic phone call from Noor Aesthetic offering the complimentary facial I was originally supposed to recieve after leaving this review. That if I'm honest, I'm not sure I would have gotten if I had not left this review. While I appreciate the apology and the efforts to remedy this, I would have appreciated these efforts more when they were holding my money hostage for one whole month.*8/26*Owners responded stating they "honered the facial"No... perviously stated they offered it and I DID NOT accept.
